Air in the tyres, a check of the sealed batteries and an annual lubrication of moving parts, and that's all that is required under normal use. When your warranty is up, give us a call and we will come to your home and service your scooter free-of-charge (excluding parts and call out fee - if required). We like to make sure everything is running in tip-top order for you. We also offer an extended warranty for extra peace of mind.

No expensive surprises when it comes to service time

Our scooters have an outstanding reputation for reliability, however if your scooter needs attention, we offer full repair and maintenance services.

We charge a standard call-out fee when conducting an in-house service, which includes the first 15 minutes of labour. Simply call our office and will arrange for one of our service technicians to visit your home as soon as possible. Or, if you would prefer, come to us and no call-out charge will apply.

Please note: we are NOT roadside assist - should you require this service, please ask our consultants for details about roadside cover through the RACV.
